GNN:  While [Mr. Balderamos has] not [wanted] any "ill will" [his]
podcasts seem to create it.  Why all the soundbites, etc., in your
opinion?

Anthony Tech:  Tim stated that his podcasts needed to be edgy and entertaining.
Unfortunately, they fail in both regards.

Caleb Beagle:   I'm not quite sure what Tim was going for with all his sound
bites, however I am certain he missed.  Not amusing nor entertaining.
On a side note, the Emperor sound bite that is played while Mr.
Balderamos 'takes all ownership away from other owners' so that he has
complete control to shape things the way he wants it isn't really
anything but the closest thing to truth I have ever heard uttered from
him.

GNN:  [Mr. Balderamos] pushed the concept of "reaching across the
aisle," but then seemed to blow off [your] answers provided for [the]
3rd podcast - asked for in order to "get both sides" out there.  If
the idea is to "give and take," why, in your opinion [is he unwilling]
to concede any viewpoints per [your] responses?

AT:  Imagine that for the last 20+ years you've been telling yourself
the same thing over and over again (like the sky is green and the
grass is blue).  Regardless of how factual our statements are (the sky
is blue and the grass is green), they run contrary to what Tim has
been telling himself all these years and so, he has trouble accepting
the facts as they really are.

CB:  As much as I agree with Mr. Tech on this point I would also like
to add that truth and fact are a persons personal point of view.  When
your view is as "shaded" as Tim's you can only believe in yourself.
Other opinions that differ from yours  are therefore automatically
wrong.

GNN:  Please talk about some key points from Mr. Balderamos that have
merit...and how willing would you be to find "common ground."

AT:  I have a hard time trying to figure out what Tim's points are as
he tends to ramble without focus.  If I had to guess, I would say one
of his points is about the ring size.  But, the ring was never
'shrunk', it was merely expanded for one card.  Once we actually had a
ring rope, the ring size was at its official 15' x 15'.  Once, and
only once, did we use a 75' garden hose making the ring sides 18'9"
(not quite the 20' x 20' that Tim usually references).  This would be
an easier question to answer if Tim would simply state what his points
are.

CB:  Tell you what, if you can actually find a 'point' in all Tim's
ramblings then I will comment on them.  Usually all Tim does is say
one thing until its proven wrong then changes his story to something
else.  Rinse and repeat.  When this doesn't work he generally relies
on the old "I'm taking my ball and going home!" philosophy.

GNN:  This latest swerve is very similar to what happened in the early
2000s from our viewpoint.  In your opinion, how does it differ?

AT:  I cannot recall what "swerve" in the early 2000's you are
referencing.  Could you give me some more details so I may be able to
remember the event you are describing?

CB:  If your talking about Tim and his accusations that NEVER seem to
change your right. Its exactly the same.  Here is a shocker. . . our
facts and opinions still haven't changed.  All of our statements
remain to this day based on fact and first hand knowledge of events
gone by.

GNN:  Considering the "entertaining" podcasts, etc., the suggestion
has been made that this is all part of an elaborate work - possibly in
concert with Mr. [Balderamos].  Can you confirm or deny this?

AT:  I can tell you for fact that neither myself nor any other member
of our A.W.F is participating with, nor in concert with, Mr.
Balderramos, his podcasts, and his AWF.  Again, we found neither the
soundbites, nor the podcast, the least bit entertaining.

CB:  Oh HELL NO!!!! Not one (1) single person in the A.W.F. has any
desire to be affiliated with Mr. Balderamos and his AWF. Furthermore,
as President of the A.W.F., I have issued a No Contact Order for all
of our members. The reason for this is to prevent another quarter
century of 'disputes, arguments, etc.' from Mr. Balderamos.

GNN:  What is the "endgame" this time in your opinion?

AT:  Judging from the last part of Tim's podcast, I'd say he's trying
to force us to join his AWF.  For whatever reason, I do not know.  He
made an accusation that we were only "pretending" to have matches.
Perhaps he is trying to get people into his AWF so that he can have
matches.  It is obvious how desperately he is trying to forcibly
"recruit" us between his podcasts and now labeling his AWF as "A.W.F."
(which is the designator we have been using for decades).  He has also
plagiarized my statements and put them into his AWF's rules and
regulations to try and make us part of his organization.  Tim is also
trying to steal the "Compendium" again (as well as our "media and
materials"); but he will never have it.

It is interesting that Tim would state in his rules that, "The A.W.F.
exercises an Open Door Policy whereas any A.W.F. member is free to
participate in other organizations, enter and leave the A.W.F. as
desired, etc." [Open Door Policy, Official Rules and Regulations (eff.
3/24/11)] and yet we have already told him repeatedly, "It is the
unanimous decision of the members of the original American Wrestling
Federation (A.W.F.) that effective immediately, we will no longer be
members/participants in Mr. Balderramos' AWF." [email dated Thu, 24
Mar 2011].

This just goes to show how desperate Tim really is.  Did anyone else
notice that Tim backdated his rules to the same date as the email?  If
you need proof, just keep in mind that the tier system wasn't
mentioned until my interview with GNN [posted August 1, 2011,
https://gggnews.tripod.com/gnn_interview_080111.htm].

CB:  Huh...endgame.  Well, let me see if I can sum this  up as quickly
as possible.  Despite the statements made by Mr. Balderamos in his
'podcast 3', we ARE NOT a part of his fantasy world. You can not 'take
ownership away' from  someone simply because you feel like it.  We are
not three years old, Tim.  "When I became a man I put away childish
things." (I Cor 13:11b)  So, we are finally saying as plain as
possible, Mr. Balderamos and his affiliates are not in any part or in
concert with any part of the A.W.F. and our affiliates.  Our A.W.F.
(based out of South Dakota) will continue to have our cards and
matches.  We will continue to hold our History based on fact.  Our
records will remain as they always have.

Throughout all of the videos that I have reviewed, and yes, I have
them, and all statements made by everyone involved, there was never at
anytime any shenanigans or plots against Mr. Balderamos.  We have
never "played a Roger Clemens" nor do we need to.  I have the videos,
the interviews, and comments made by all parties in my possession and
have recently reviewed them all.  As far as these questions, I believe
I have answered them completely.  You will receive one more
communication from me as an Official Statement in an email that will
be sent to GNN by Mr. Anthony Tech.

Thank you for all you time and efforts GNN.

GNN:  Thank you for your time.

BONUS: Following are statements from Mr. Caleb Beagle and Mike Young. NOTE: The following are the views/opinions of the sources and do not necessarily represent the opinions of GNN.

To whom this may concern:

This is an Official Statement released to GNN from American
Wrestling Federation President Mr. Caleb Beagle. Wherein for the
remainder of this statement, the South Dakota American Wrestling
Federation will be listed as the A.W.F. and Mr. Balderamos' Minnesota
American Wrestling Federation will be listed as AWF. Any other
affiliates to either federation will be listed as they are with
regards as to whom they are affiliated with. In this statement I will
provide all pertinent information in regards to statements made
against the A.W.F., its affiliates, members, and staff. Also in this
statement will be the Official Standings, Cards, and rankings within
the A.W.F. Furthermore, in this communiqué, to save the privacy of
our members unknown outside of our federation, no full names will be
given.

Let us start with the Official Standings in the A.W.F. I will
list each Champion and the next expected defense.
1. C.D. Destroyer - A.W.F. World Champion, to defend at
October FunFest 2011. The current #1 contender is R.J. Destroyer.
However, since R.J. and his wife have recently welcomed the birth of
their first child, he has declined this match. With the long expected
and overdue medical clearance, Phantom is making his return and is
being given a Title shot. The only standing condition to this match
is the winner must grant R.J. a Title match at the earliest available
date.
2. Dreadnaught - A.W.F. InterContinental Champion, to defend
at October FunFest 2011. He will be defending against The Golden
Ranger. This will be Golden Ranger's first Title shot since joining
the A.W.F. in the latter months of 2009.
3. The Hordlings = A.W.F. World Tag-Team Champions, to defend
at October FunFest 2011. Currently slotted to challenge them are the
Zealots. Also worth mentioning is the immediate defense clause in
this title match contract. Immediately following this match's
outcome, the winning team must make a defense against The Minotaurs in
a South Dakota Pit Match.

Current Standings for non title holders (listed to top 3)
A.W.F. World Title contenders
1. R.J. Destroyer
2. Mossad
3. The Grinch
A.W.F. InterContinental Title contenders
1. Golden Ranger
2. Rabbi
3. Logan
A.W.F. World Tag-Team Title contenders
1. The Minotaurs
2. The Zealots
3. The Young Lions

As for our current staff....
President - Mr. Beagle
Vice President - Mrs. Richardson
Head Referee - Mr. Ross
Head Referee Emeritus - Mr. Young

If any type of "Board of Review" is needed, the members of
said board are voted on by the senior staff members PRIOR to any
materials that are to be actually reviewed. If a Board is called
upon, we on the senior staff, without reservation, uphold and support
their decisions as final and without appeal. This clause is accepted
by all active members of the A.W.F.

Secondly I must apologize for a few things said by Mr. Tech in
his various emails to both GNN and Mr. Balderamos. The most immediate
is his use of the term 'Delusional'. He is not a Psychologist; as
such he should have refrained from making any type of remark regarding
anyone else's mental health. Also, I have noticed that Mr. Tech
occasionally uses behavioral language that implies similar remarks.
To actually list the offenses would be beyond tedious. Suffice it to
say that we in the A.W.F. have handled the situation as we deemed
appropriate. For those moments the A.W.F. apologizes to any offended
persons in regards to this matter.

That being said, from this point forward all emails, letters,
etc. will be reviewed by my office prior to any of them being sent to
any other parties with anything that even remotely involves the A.W.F.
We are not going to 'beat a dead horse' about this. The issue has
been addressed and handled. Nothing further needs to be said or
brought up about it. It is done. Finished.

Now let me do my best to answer points made against the
A.W.F., its members, and/or affiliates made by Mr. Balderamos via his
website, podcasts, emails, etc.

The match most often mentioned by Mr. Balderamos is the match
where Phantom and T.A. Starfire wrestled for the A.W.F. World
Championship. This match occurred in August 12th 1989. I have in my
possession this video and have recently watched the match several
times. It was also watched by the A.W.F. Vice President Mrs.
Richardson and Head Referee Ross. The match in question initially had
been stopped due to an 'injury' to Phantom. The tape was then taken
to a Board of Review. The decision of this Board was released at the
next card, held two
weeks later. The decision at the time was to strip T.A. Starfire of
the Title for a blatant knee drop to Phantom's groin.

It is at this time I need to also bring in to attention that
the previous card is when T.A. won the Title by pin fall over Phantom.
This match occurred on the 9th of July 1989. The third most mentioned
match by Mr. Balderamos. Now with that being said, allow me to give
the Official Decisions regarding these matches. The Match in July '89
was ruled in favor of Phantom due to the use of a foreign object,
specifically a gut buster. Now before anything else I must state that
the rules of the A.W.F. say that any object not worn for protection
purposes is considered to be a foreign object and illegal. To do so
results in the immediate disqualification of the offender. If said
offender holds a Title they would then be stripped of that Title and
said Title would go to the challenger. In the case where neither of
the two participants are currently holding a Title but in a match for
a Title, the Title will automatically go to the wrestler not using a
foreign object.

That being defined, T.A. never actually won the A.W.F. World
Title in July of '89. In regards to the match in August of '89, with
the Boards Official Decision T.A. was stripped of the Title (which he
didn't actually earn) and the title was awarded to Phantom.

It was at this point on the video that we got to witness Mr.
Balderamos give one of the best tantrums ever recorded. During which
time, Mr. Balderamos verbally stated that he had had enough of the
A.W.F. and was quitting immediately. He also stated that he was
taking, and I quote, "I am taking what I paid for and am leaving." At
no time did Mr. Balderamos state that he had earned the title and was
retiring. During the next 10 minutes or so while Mr. Balderamos was
complaining about "the politics and policies of the A.W.F." he said
that we made this decision because there was no one in the A.W.F. that
could beat him for it. To which KC Mauler immediately stepped into the
ring and issued a challenge. You did not accept. You simply took your
paid-for belt and left.

So to set the record straight, Phantom never lost the title in
that July match therefore increasing his title reign from July 1987
through
to November of 1994. Giving Phantom an A.W.F World Title reign of 6
years and 9 months. This is not our best record. The current longest
A.W.F. World Title reign is held by C.D. Destroyer. His current reign
began in October 2003 and he is still currently holding the title.
This makes his current reign 8 years and 1 month; during which time he
has successfully defended his title 64 times (an average of 8 times
per year). As impressive as this is, the most A.W.F. World Title
defenses does, in fact, go to Phantom who defended his title over 130
times (Often going so far as to have multiple defenses in a single card).

To get back on track, T.A. Starfire also misled people by
stating he was "pin-up material", although he did in fact say in his
podcast that
he wasn't tooting his own horn and it was someone else who said this.
I must say that I do not agree with this statement and by T.A.
Starfire's own actions he does not either. Hence the use of a 'gut
buster' for 'cosmetic appearances'. So by your own actions and
refusal to follow the Rules and Regulations in the A.W.F. you did in
fact earned what you sowed. Nothing.

The History of the A.W.F. does have some similarities to Mr.
Balderamos' version. Allow me again to clarify the distinct
differences. Indeed in January of 1987 Mr. Tech and Mr. Balderamos
co-founded the A.W.F. However Mr. Tech became the President and Mr.
Balderamos became the Vice President. There never has been an
"Executive Producer" in the A.W.F. It is at this time that a
separation occurs. Whereas Mr. Tech returned to South Dakota and Mr.
Balderamos at that time founded the SWD. A wrestling division NEVER
recognized nor supported by the A.W.F. The SWD, its records, members
and affiliates have no connection to the A.W.F. at any time in
history. This was a organization founded by Mr. Balderamos and is in
no way connected to the A.W.F. co-founded by Mr. Tech and Mr.
Balderamos.

During Mr. Balderamos' stint in the SWD, the A.W.F. held its
first major card in which Phantom became the first ever to win the
A.W.F.
World Title. Also to note it was at the conclusion of this card that
Mr. Young became the first A.W.F. Head Referee.

In the history stated by Mr. Balderamos, T.A. Starfire held
two different titles (also stating first wrestler to do so) and at the
same time simply changing the name of one of those said titles to the
A.W.F. InterContinental (I-C) Title. Again no I-C Title match was ever
won by T.A., he simply changed a name. Also in the SWD he never
states that he won the Tag Titles in any type of match or tournament
for said titles. They were in fact won by another team; not his.
Next on his list of History is a title we don't acknowledge. So kudos
for T.A. retiring a title that in his own words he never defended
("Retired for lack of activity"). This title was actually the
B-Stairwell Title, which for no apparent reason Tim renamed, then
retired. Another example of a Title Tim didn't win, he just renamed
it. Side note, this Title was never acknowledged as a Official A.W.F.
Title.

Shortly after this, something happens that cause a split in
the SWD. Apparently, Ron and Ric Perryman left the SWD and founded
their own
organization, the SWA. Without any real proof other than hearsay, it
seems there was a mass exodus from Mr. Balderamos' SWD over to the
SWA. We don't know why. It should be mentioned here that the only
time the A.W.F. had any subdivisions was in the 1990s.

In the Battle of Brookings when Phantom pinned T.A. Starfire
in the Title-for-Title match, Phantom gained the A.W.F.
InterContinental
Title, thus the I-C Title makes its debut in the A.W.F. It was at
this time that the A.W.F. now recognized a second title in the A.W.F.
It was also at this time that the first person in A.W.F. history held
both titles. So again, T.A. lost a title he never won, just renamed.
Side note, the record stated in Tim's history at this time is not an
A.W.F. record. The actual shortest A.W.F. InterContinental Title
reign is held by C.D. Destroyer who only managed to hold on to his I-C
Title for a whopping 1 day. In truth, his reign was actually shorter
than this as he won the I-C Title in one match and lost it the very
next match and his first defense.
The 5 days thing is not an A.W.F. matter/issue. That happened
in the SWD/SWA. It is right after this that Mr. Balderamos quits his
first
wrestling organization, the SWD/SWA.

A.W.F. history resumes on the July '88 card, the 4th of July
Firecracker. The first 3 points in his history are accurate however
his 4th point here is somewhat off. This is Mr. Balderamos' second
most complained about match with Phantom. Affectionately known to Tim
as the "Boston-Crab Match". The A.W.F. Official decision to this
match was to have it thrown out because of poor officiating.
Therefore none of T.A.'s claims to having won all three title, at this
time is accurate. It is also inaccurate to say that he was the first
A.W.F. wrestler to win the "Triple Crown" as he puts it. According to
A.W.F. History, the first wrestler to have actually held the "Triple
Crown" was Phantom. This was accomplished as follows. . . Phantom won
the A.W.F. World Title by contract over T.A. Starfire. Then Phantom
pinned T.A. for the I-C Title in the Battle of Brookings. Then
Phantom and T.A. were awarded the A.W.F. World Tag Teams Titles
because their opponents did not show, giving the default win to Force
One, Phantom and T.A.

This is as far into correcting Tim's history as I am willing
to go. It should be apparent by now that his History and the A.W.F.'s
History
are not the same. Before I move on I need to also state that when Mr.
Balderamos left the A.W.F. the last time to form his NCWA, we stated
we in the A.W.F. no longer wished to be a part of Mr. Balderamos and
his Minnesota federation. Everything up to and after the creation of
the NCWA by Mr. Balderamos has nothing to do with the A.W.F.

The next thing I would like to cover is Tim's plagiarizing and
theft of peoples work and ideas. For example, the Tier system we in
the
A.W.F. use that you simply decided to take as your own. We refuse to
accept any part of "Your Empire". Leave our federation out of your
organization. The A.W.F. Compendium is in my office and will remain
so. We are not posting it online or for any publication purposes. It
is for the sole use of the A.W.F. and its affiliates. Side note, it
should be stated clearly that the A.W.F. has only ever had 3 titles.
The A.W.F. World Title, the A.W.F. InterContinental (I-C) Title, and
the A.W.F. World Tag-Team Titles. That is it.

Next is the repetitive times where Mr. Balderamos states that
he has, with Mr. Tech, signed a series of papers and documents. To sum
this
all up, I will say this to you Mr. Balderamos. "If you do in fact
possess ANY documentation in regards to Mr. Tech selling, liquidating,
vacating, or otherwise changing ownership to your sole possession
please forward said documents to be verified by our legal counsel. If
you do not, I strongly recommend you stop saying you do, as this can
result in negative actions."

In matters of Legal Counsel, can someone please let me know
whether or not GGG/GNN is or is not an affiliate of Mr. Balderamos
and/or his
AWF/NCWA? If they are indeed a separate entity and can verify this,
then we would be happy to further our relationship in the interest of
good sportsmanship. However, if they are indeed one and the same,
this will be the last transmission you will receive from the A.W.F.

Finally the damn podcasts. Are you really serious?? Those have
got to be the worst things I have ever heard in any capacity. I am
actually
'dumber' for having listened to them and I can never get that time
back, EVER. It is a horrible injustice to the members of the A.W.F.
to have to continually deal with Mr. Balderamos and his childish
antics over the last 24 years. To think that a grown man "in all his
glory" can't get over something that, in truth, isn't that damn
important, says volumes about his character.

Furthermore I resent the implication that you made in regards
to Mr. Tech not making any achievements in his lifetime. He is a
decorated
Combat Veteran of the United States, a father of three wonderful
girls. He has earned a Bachelor Degree and was a Commissioned Officer
in the U.S. Army. This list can go on and on. Suffice it to say that
if you were half the man he was, you wouldn't be sitting in your chair
crying over something 24 years ago that truly means very little to
anyone other than you.

We in the A.W.F. continually aspire to be better people and
athletes throughout our careers. We have given each other support and
friendships that have lasted lifetimes. Several of us remain to this
day extremely close and that will never change. Our time in the ring
and in the A.W.F. does not define who we are Tim. We are defined by
our actions outside the ring and Federation and by those that mean the
most in our lives. So please as a personal favor to me. . . Leave us
the hell alone.

Report from Mike Young, A.W.F. Head Referee, Emeritus

After Caleb talked with me, I figured I had better write all this
down for the record. I thought all of this was over and done, but I
guess Tim still has a problem with it.

The August match. Now, you have to understand that Tim has been the
biggest (actually, the only) complainer in the A.W.F. Prior to this
match, Tim had frequently complained about match results, ring size,
rules and went around insulting everybody. Tony and I would talk with
Tim and he would apologize and say it wouldn't happen again. But as
soon as the next card was over, he would start up again. Not only is
Tim a sore loser, but he is also a poor winner.

Now I have been accidentally hit in several matches between Tim and
Tony and I knew that because of the intensity of this match I didn't
want to get injured again. That being the case, I asked Ken to
referee the match and I would run camera instead. Ken agreed to this.
The match started out and Tony was more aggressive than usual in his
approach. Usually Tony, paces his opponent, finds a weak point,
exploits it and wins. Tim went with his usual approach of BFI (brute
force and ignorance).

Ken was calling out warnings (closed fists, ropes, break, etc.)
throughout the match when he warned Tim about a near low blow. He
told Tim, "Watch the groin area." A couple minutes later Tony was on
his back with his arm over his head, crossing the rope. Ken called,
"Ropes, break" At this point,Tim dropped straight down, driving his
knee into Tony's groin. Tony curled into a small ball and Ken
shouted, "I said break!" Tim stood back up and backed off replying
with, "I fell on him. I fell on him." "After I said, "Break!"" Ken
shouted back.

Ken then looked at the camera and said, "Stop the camera.". Ken came
over to the camera and I went and checked on Tony. Tony had a hard
time focusing on what I was asking him. As I was trying to get Tony
moving again, Ken came over and said he had to take the video inside
the house. It took about 5 minutes for me to get Tony up and moving.
Soon after, Ken was back outside. He had me go inside the house with
him.

Inside Ken told me that his first instinct was to disqualify Tim
because of the deliberate knee drop. However, he knew that Tim would
start whining and causing problems for the A.W.F. So Ken brought the
tape inside to see the kneedrop from the camera's angle to verify what
he saw. Ken then played the video for me and it showed Tim
intentionally executing a kneedrop to Tony's nuts after Ken called,
"Break".

I agreed with Ken; but maybe our viewpoint was prejudiced because of
Tim's actions in the past. So at that point I decide that I would
show the tape to people who didn't know either Tim or Tony and see
what they thought. Ken thought this would be a good idea, for a
'board of review' to see if Ken and I were being fair in our judgement
of this kneedrop.

Ken announced that the match would go to the Head Referee and the
Board of Review and that the decision would be announced at the next
card (which was scheduled two week's later).

I had several friends of mine who I know through my bowling league
and my dart league (and others) look at the tape. None of them knew
Tim or Tony. It was unanimous; all of them said that Tim's action
(the kneedrop) was deliberate and came after the referee called break.
A couple of them even commented that if it had been an accident, Tim
would have fallen forward and not gone straight down and then pop
right back up.

So, for the record, Tim was disqualified for a deliberate kneedrop to
the groin of Tony after break was called. He was stripped of the
A.W.F. World Title as a result of this disqualification.

Now, it is my opinion that Tim did the kneedrop to get back at Tony
because Tim's girlfriend dumped Tim for Tony. When Tim saw Tony
exposed like that, Tim's anger got the better of him again and he did
the kneedrop. I think we are all familiar with Tim's temper tantrums.

Later it was brought to my attention that Tim wore a gut-buster
during the match when he won the A.W.F. World Title. I listened to
the video tape where Tim admits to having worn this gut-buster during
that Title match. Now, for those who don't know, a gut-buster is a
product made of foam, spandex and velcro. Like any other support
belt, it is worn around the waist. I asked my doctor and my
Occupational Therapist (who is into martial arts) and they told me
that such an item would protect against nerve strikes. They also said
it would help support the back for heavy lifting. I asked it that
would include help in throwing someone like a body slam. They said it
would help for that sort of activity. I then went back and reviewed
the match. Tim was executing multiple throws during that match and
was unfazed by Tony's jabs. With his admitted confession on videotape
and verification that the gut-buster gave Tim an unfair advantage in
the match, I had no option other than to disqualify Tim for the use of
a foreign object and award the match to Tony. This would also mean
that Tony would've retained the A.W.F. World Title.

Caleb, I hope this answers all the questions that you mentioned.
